Movie 52 Prophesy 7 Government collapse:
Things collapse.  It’s the way of the universe.  Governments collapse in two ways.  In a parliamentary government a collapse of the “government” is a nice way of saying a new scum of reprobates has seized parliamentary power so they can turn it toward legislation to benefit themselves and their patrons.  This is to be distinguished from an armed revolution where the government collapses to be replaced by an entirely new system.  That is what we will address, trying to apply what we know about kinship and fertility and their impact on public life.
So what are the chances of a government falling for failure to respond to the needs of the public?  Not great.  You remember this graph I am always pushing in you face.  The horizontal axis is the ages of every civilization that ran Lower Mesopotamia throughout history and into the 20th century.  I made one tweak; the Ottoman empire was run, effectively actually ruled, by a group of men called Janissaries.  They were taken from families in, I would guess, what are now Croatia, Montenegro and Macedonia.  The families that gave up their sons were rewarded with wealth and status.  But then they stopped having babies.  So the Janissaries themselves said, “Look, we are forbidden to have wives and children, but we have them anyway.  Make being a Janissary hereditary.”  It was done.  At that point I break the empire and consider there to be two of them.  The vertical axis is the chance of each of those empires or civilizations lasting another 50 years.  Go back to those 32 scripts that you can find above for more information, but basically the line just drops.  There can only be one or two mechanisms or the line would be noisy.
If the mechanism were within the population, were some characteristic of the civilization itself, the line would go up because of selection.  If it were outside, the line would be horizontal.  Since it goes down, the mechanism must be the very fact of a big population.  The line is so clean that bright people have said it is a “tautology,” saying the same thing twice.  It isn’t, go check out those scripts. Since the line admits only to one mechanism, the fall of a civilization to an internal revolution never happened in that location of thousands of years of history.  Some of those civilizations had to be nasty; I imagine that were any alive in that today the US would be subverting it under pressure from our Zionists.
Perhaps the nicest were the Persians.  Their principle was that any nation they conquered could keep its rulers, its elite, its laws, gods, language and so forth.  They just had to pay taxes to Persia, which in turn gave them protection.  US style subversion was not part of their game plan.  They were so generous that when they found there were Hebrew slaves working for the Babylonians, they applied their principles and decided to let those highly valuable subjects, literate and capable administrators, go back to their claimed homeland.  Modern Israel owes their existence to Persia, now called Iran.
Nowadays Zionists are calling for the US to destroy Iran in total betrayal of that ancient friendship.  It sounds like scripture means nothing to Zionists.  Along the same lines, calling that new nation “Israel” is in flat contradiction to scripture.  Make your own definition, but you can say that the abuse of any holy thing is blasphemy.
I shall mention later the degree to which current governments are not responsive to the people to whom they are responsible.  Don’t look for a shooting revolution.  It just doesn’t happen for that reason, only because the falling power rots out from infertility.
But first let’s look at everybody’s favorite minor prophet, Jonah.  I have tried to distinguish between a hypothetical “story,” and a dubious “back-story before.  I’ll not do that now.  This tale has strong characters, plausible motivations, special effects and a happy ending.  I wish I could write like that.
As the story begins, God tells Jonah to prophesy against Niniveh, and Jonah, as if knowing what the chances are, runs away.
Jonah 1 King James Version (KJV)
Now the word of the Lord came unto Jonah the son of Amittai, saying,
Arise, go to Nineveh, that great city, and cry against it; for their wickedness is come up before me.
But Jonah rose up to flee unto Tarshish from the presence of the Lord, and went down to Joppa; and he found a ship going to Tarshish: so he paid the fare thereof, and went down into it, to go with them unto Tarshish from the presence of the Lord.
But the Lord sent out a great wind into the sea, and there was a mighty tempest in the sea, so that the ship was like to be broken.
Then the mariners were afraid, and cried every man unto his god, and cast forth the wares that were in the ship into the sea, to lighten it of them. But Jonah was gone down into the sides of the ship; and he lay, and was fast asleep.
So the shipmaster came to him, and said unto him, What meanest thou, O sleeper? arise, call upon thy God, if so be that God will think upon us, that we perish not.
And they said every one to his fellow, Come, and let us cast lots, that we may know for whose cause this evil is upon us. So they cast lots, and the lot fell upon Jonah.
Then said they unto him, Tell us, we pray thee, for whose cause this evil is upon us; What is thine occupation? and whence comest thou? what is thy country? and of what people art thou?
And he said unto them, I am an Hebrew; and I fear the Lord, the God of heaven, which hath made the sea and the dry land.
10 Then were the men exceedingly afraid, and said unto him. Why hast thou done this? For the men knew that he fled from the presence of the Lord, because he had told them.
11 Then said they unto him, What shall we do unto thee, that the sea may be calm unto us? for the sea wrought, and was tempestuous.
12 And he said unto them, Take me up, and cast me forth into the sea; so shall the sea be calm unto you: for I know that for my sake this great tempest is upon you.
13 Nevertheless the men rowed hard to bring it to the land; but they could not: for the sea wrought, and was tempestuous against them.
14 Wherefore they cried unto the Lord, and said, We beseech thee, O Lord, we beseech thee, let us not perish for this man's life, and lay not upon us innocent blood: for thou, O Lord, hast done as it pleased thee.
15 So they took up Jonah, and cast him forth into the sea: and the sea ceased from her raging.

So Jonah has got himself thrown overboard for failing to do God’s command.   Then after a some adventures, he does deliver the prophesy.

16 Then the men feared the Lord exceedingly, and offered a sacrifice unto the Lord, and made vows.
17 Now the Lord had prepared a great fish to swallow up Jonah. And Jonah was in the belly of the fish three days and three nights.

Jonah 2 King James Version (KJV)

Then Jonah prayed unto the Lord his God out of the fish's belly,
And said, I cried by reason of mine affliction unto the Lord, and he heard me; out of the belly of hell cried I, and thou heardest my voice.
For thou hadst cast me into the deep, in the midst of the seas; and the floods compassed me about: all thy billows and thy waves passed over me.
Then I said, I am cast out of thy sight; yet I will look again toward thy holy temple.
The waters compassed me about, even to the soul: the depth closed me round about, the weeds were wrapped about my head.
I went down to the bottoms of the mountains; the earth with her bars was about me for ever: yet hast thou brought up my life from corruption, O Lord my God.
When my soul fainted within me I remembered the Lord: and my prayer came in unto thee, into thine holy temple.
They that observe lying vanities forsake their own mercy.
But I will sacrifice unto thee with the voice of thanksgiving; I will pay that that I have vowed. Salvation is of the Lord.
10 And the Lord spake unto the fish, and it vomited out Jonah upon the dry land.
And the word of the Lord came unto Jonah the second time, saying,
Arise, go unto Nineveh, that great city, and preach unto it the preaching that I bid thee.
So Jonah arose, and went unto Nineveh, according to the word of the Lord. Now Nineveh was an exceeding great city of three days' journey.
And Jonah began to enter into the city a day's journey, and he cried, and said, Yet forty days, and Nineveh shall be overthrown.

And it works.

So the people of Nineveh believed God, and proclaimed a fast, and put on sackcloth, from the greatest of them even to the least of them.
For word came unto the king of Nineveh, and he arose from his throne, and he laid his robe from him, and covered him with sackcloth, and sat in ashes.
And he caused it to be proclaimed and published through Nineveh by the decree of the king and his nobles, saying, Let neither man nor beast, herd nor flock, taste any thing: let them not feed, nor drink water:
But let man and beast be covered with sackcloth, and cry mightily unto God: yea, let them turn every one from his evil way, and from the violence that is in their hands.
Who can tell if God will turn and repent, and turn away from his fierce anger, that we perish not?
10 And God saw their works, that they turned from their evil way; and God repented of the evil, that he had said that he would do unto them; and he did it not. https://www.google.com/search?q=jonah+images&tbm=isch&source=iu&ictx=1&fir=bP3hCNKiqUb3EM%253A%252C5ie0Eh8dkPzc1M%252C_&vet=1&usg=AI4_-kT1W4vv1YLXbbzMB2rABvHa3jbU5Q&sa=X&ved=2ahUKEwjClOiM7bzjAhXEAZ0JHcsmDcYQ9QEwAnoECAcQCA#imgrc=aAGFKq7Roybh3M:&vet=1  7/17/19

So maybe, just maybe, if a prophesy is delivered soon enough it can save things.  OK, I’m trying; I’m trying.

Moving to Roman history, in 71 BC a man named Spartacus led a rebellion of gladiators against Rome.  It did not end well.  The city was ruled by the consuls Pompeius Magnus and M. Licinius Crassus; it was hardly a blip on their concerns.  Only 22 years later Julius Caesar rebelled and effectively destroyed the republic.  Spartacus was too soon by less than a generation.
He strikes me as brilliant.  Here is his last oration to his gladiators; it is a monument of persuasion and encouragement.
https://en.wikisource.org/wiki/Spartacus_to_the_Gladiators_at_Capua
SPARTACUS: Ye call me chief; and ye do well to call him chief who for twelve long years has met upon the arena every shape of man or beast the broad Empire of Rome could furnish, and who never yet lowered his arm. If there be one among you who can say that ever, in public fight or private brawl, my actions did belie my tongue, let him stand forth and say it. If there be three in all your company dare face me on the bloody sands, let them come on. And yet I was not always thus,—a hired butcher, a savage chief of still more savage men. My ancestors came from old Sparta, and settled among the vine-clad rocks and citron groves of Syrasella. My early life ran quiet as the brooks by which I sported; and when, at noon, I gathered the sheep beneath the shade, and played upon the shepherd's flute, there was a friend, the son of a neighbor, to join me in the pastime. We led our flocks to the same pasture, and partook together our rustic meal. One evening, after the sheep were folded, and we were all seated beneath the myrtle which shaded our cottage, my grandsire, an old man, was telling of Marathon and Leuctra; and how, in ancient times, a little band of Spartans, in a defile of the mountains, had withstood a whole army. I did not then know what war was; but my cheeks burned, I know not why, and I clasped the knees of that venerable man, until my mother, parting the hair from off my forehead, kissed my throbbing temples, and bade me go to rest, and think no more of those old tales and savage wars. That very night the Romans landed on our coast. I saw the breast that had nourished me trampled by the hoof of the war-horse,—the bleeding body of my father flung amidst the blazing rafters of our dwelling! To-day I killed a man in the arena; and, when I broke his helmet-clasps, behold! he was my friend. He knew me, smiled faintly, gasped, and died;—the same sweet smile upon his lips that I had marked, when, in adventurous boyhood, we scaled the lofty cliff to pluck the first ripe grapes, and bear them home in childish triumph! I told the prætor that the dead man had been my friend, generous and brave; and I begged that I might bear away the body, to burn it on a funeral pile, and mourn over its ashes. Ay! upon my knees, amid the dust and blood of the arena, I begged that poor boon, while all the assembled maids and matrons, and the holy virgins they call Vestals, and the rabble, shouted in derision, deeming it rare sport, forsooth, to see Rome's fiercest gladiator turn pale and tremble at the sight of that piece of bleeding clay! And the prætor drew back as I were pollution, and sternly said, "Let the carrion rot; there are no noble men but Romans." And so, fellow-gladiators, must you, and so must I, die like dogs. O Rome! Rome! thou hast been a tender nurse to me. Ay! thou hast given to that poor, gentle, timid shepherd lad, who never knew a harsher tone than a flute-note, muscles of iron and a heart of flint; taught him to drive the sword through plaited mail and links of rugged brass, and warm it in the marrow of his foe;—to gaze into the glaring eyeballs of the fierce Numidian lion, even as a boy upon a laughing girl! And he shall pay thee back, until the yellow Tiber is red as frothing wine, and in its deepest ooze thy life-blood lies curdled! Ye stand here now like giants, as ye are! The strength of brass is in your toughened sinews, but to-morrow some Roman Adonis, breathing sweet perfume from his curly locks, shall with his lily fingers pat your red brawn, and bet his sesterces upon your blood. Hark! hear ye yon lion roaring in his den? 'Tis three days since he has tasted flesh; but to-morrow he shall break his fast upon yours,—and a dainty meal for him ye will be! If ye are beasts, then stand here like fat oxen, waiting for the butcher's knife! If ye are men, follow me! Strike down yon guard, gain the mountain passes, and there do bloody work, as did your sires at old Thermopylæ! Is Sparta dead? Is the old Grecian spirit frozen in your veins, that you do crouch and cower like a belabored hound beneath his master's lash? O comrades! warriors! Thracians! if we must fight, let us fight for ourselves! If we must slaughter, let us slaughter our oppressors! If we must die, let it be under the clear sky, by the bright waters, in noble, honorable battle!

Even with a cadre of superb fighters and with brilliant tactics, he was no match for the state.  There was no general uprising.
About 30 years later, a man named Jesus gave an opinion or resisting the state.

Matthew 22 King James Version (KJV)

15 Then went the Pharisees, and took counsel how they might entangle him in his talk.
16 And they sent out unto him their disciples with the Herodians, saying, Master, we know that thou art true, and teachest the way of God in truth, neither carest thou for any man: for thou regardest not the person of men.
17 Tell us therefore, What thinkest thou? Is it lawful to give tribute unto Caesar, or not?
18 But Jesus perceived their wickedness, and said, Why tempt ye me, ye hypocrites?
19 Shew me the tribute money. And they brought unto him a penny.
20 And he saith unto them, Whose is this image and superscription?
21 They say unto him, Caesar's. Then saith he unto them, Render therefore unto Caesar the things which are Caesar's; and unto God the things that are God's.
22 When they had heard these words, they marvelled, and left him, and went their way.
The message is, “Don’t try it.”

His words were not heeded, and around 73 AD a revolt ended badly.
I think I have said that there are two important topics that I shall not be addressing because I don’t have the stomach for it: politics and Rotherham.  We’re going to be pressing the envelope on politics because the truth about fertility adds a new perspective you will not find elsewhere.
It cannot have escaped any curious observer that our politicians in the “free” world hold the people in utter contempt.  The good news about a democratic society is that there is the possibility of changing the government without bloodshed.  The bad news is that politicians are less concerned with the interests of the people and are not held to account for defying the interests of the people.
For instance, Mr. Macron of France came out of nowhere with the resources and the skilled people that let him become president.  It seems obvious that he was simply installed by the super-rich.  The people, after decades of cultural abuse were beginning to think their vote might count for something.  “Oh, the horror, the horror,” so to speak, eh?  They were slapped down savagely.  I’ve seen pictures of many young people who lost eyes when the police fired rubber bullets at their heads.  On July 14, Bastille Day, the biggest French patriotic holiday, Macron rode down the Champs Elysees along with Angela Merkel.  He stood in the limo for all the world like a Nazi on parade.  The crowd booed.  I cannot understand how the two of them are able to live with the shame.  For months, since last November and it’s July, the “Yellow Vest” protestors have rocked France only to be brutalized by the police and to have a total blackout in the media.  Go ahead; look that the news for last weekend and see how often you most trusted source mentions it.
The President of Puerto Rico got embarrassed and had the decency to resign, but not Macron.  He holds the French in contempt.  Maybe the yellow vests should put more of their effort into staging little execution skits at the Place de la Concorde.  That’s where the guillotine stood.  Recon Macron has forgot that?

Yes, there was a French Revolution, and Soviet rise and fall, a communist takeover in China and the Nazis taking over in Germany by free election.  I think if you could look closely, in each case that the cause was not the uprising of the people but the submerging of the elite.
The kind of attitude of the yellow vests is no aberration.  And the sneering indifference of Macron seems to be to global rule.  Don’t expect anybody to be able to change that for some time to come.
Could it happen here?  Some think so.  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x0iRPB6KRPk
Outrageously, a British court has sent a man named Tommy Robinson to jail a second time for contempt of court.  Robinson’s concern has been Rotherham-like matters.  Really.  If anybody can find the address of that court, here is a note you can send them:
TO THE COURT THAT PUT ROBINSON AWAY A SECOND TIME FOR CONTEMPT: I hold your court in utter contempt.  I’ll say that in front of any audience and swear to it again and again.  Robinson’s issue is the Rotherham issue.  By now I think of it as the British issue.  Your action comes down firmly on the side of the evil people Robinson warns us of, and in so adds its weight to the wrong side of the social issue.  Your action is contemptible and vile beneath words.  I am aghast you should put more value on you miserable little protocols than on a social issue so extreme.  SHAME.
If Macron were as unpopular as a dictator, it would not take the US to subvert him.  Unlikely as might be, a popular uprising would see him slaughtered and his body dragged through the streets.   Modern “democracy” so-called is the best thing that tyranny ever invented.
